Alerts: Unassigned email conversation

lösung

Our sales team is receiving these notifications and not sure why.  I see that others have received this in the past but can't tell how it was resolved.  Any ideas on how to fix or what this issue means?

Hi @SDavis6,

 

These sound like notifications for incoming emails sent to a connected email inbox.

 

Individual users can disable these notifications by clicking on the bell icon...

... and then the settings cog on the right:

Type "unassigned" into the search field and unselect the two checkboxes:

Account admins can also make this change for all users. Navigate to Settings > Account Defaults > User Defaults > Notifications > Manage account defaults. You'll find the same options here as shown above. A HubSpot employee also recorded a tutorial here.

I am having the same issue. I followed the instructions above and turned off the notifications but am still getting them.
