Our sales team is receiving these notifications and not sure why. I see that others have received this in the past but can't tell how it was resolved. Any ideas on how to fix or what this issue means?
Individual users can disable these notifications by clicking on the bell icon...
... and then the settings cog on the right:
Type "unassigned" into the search field and unselect the two checkboxes:
Account admins can also make this change for all users. Navigate to Settings > Account Defaults > User Defaults > Notifications > Manage account defaults. You'll find the same options here as shown above. A HubSpot employee also recorded a tutorial here.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!

This is not a path that is available in my Hubspot. When I go to settings>account defaults>user defaults the notifications is not an option. Please advise as EVERYONE in the company can read eachothers emails. I don't know how or why this happened, literally overnight with no one changing anything. 😞
Hi @TMancuso Thanks for your comment! To ensure your question or topic gets the best visibility and a wider range of responses from the community, it's usually best to start a new thread rather than adding to an older one. A fresh post will help your query stand out to everyone who browses the forum, increasing the chances of someone with relevant insights or solutions seeing and responding to it quickly. Feel free to tag me in the post and I'm happy to get you started. Best, Victor

If you are a Super Admin and have a Professional or Enterprise level subscription you should be able to create a Notification Profile for users in your account. The new unassigned email and chat conversations are available as options under the Notifications Profile.
Here's a screenshot from my account:
I hope this helps!
Best,
Kristen
