As the title says, what I'm trying to do is give my salespeople permission to add contacts but not have that contact assigned to them. Is there anyway that when they add the contact, rather than an option to assign the contact to themselves, there could be an option for "unassigned"?

Longer A:
HubSpot will auto-assign newly created contacts to the creater (by default). You'll want to use a workflow to clear the Contact.Owner property if you'd like new contacts to be 'unassigned'.

Thanks for the reply. There are only two options when I go to assign the person. If there was an "unassigned option", I'd really want that to be the only option. Then I could go in manually and assign them to my staff.
