Add new domain

Hello community,

I have a new domain that I need to add to my account.

Right now I'm managing two domains. I don't want to add another domain to my account. I do need HubSpot to recognize form submissions from a new domain that we have.

Right now, all the submissions are marked with "Unregistered Site Domain," and I need to manually unlock them.

Does someone have an idea how to solve this?

Hi @Aaskarovo,

You might want to add your new domain under HubSpot’s domain settings. Go to Settings > Tracking Code > Advanced settings tab > Additional Site Domains and add it there.

If submissions still show as “Unregistered Site Domain,” please check the domain and make sure the tracking code is installed and working correctly.
