Add exchange email

I have a problem please. The problem is that I cant add my exchange email to my account in hubspot in order to sync my mailbox in there.


Can you help me in this please.

 First, if you haven't already, reference this article.


Also, reference this post where @edjusten provides resources for more specifics related to IMAP.


If you're still having issues, there could be something internally that's blocking the connection with HubSpot. We've seen that in the past. Their systems administrator had to make adjustments internally to allow the connection. 


Hopefully the articles can get you rolling and it won't require more in depth troubleshooting.
