in my company we have 10 products and 10 website. 

I need to customize just livechat with different color and message.

how can i do this?

Hi @caygri hope you are doing well.

So the color is editable but at an account level, this means that all chats will look the same

(this is where you edit it)

Regarding to the message and location where this chat is shown

you can edit when creating the chat.
