Accounts are gone

SOLVE

I am actively using my account, and just a few hours ago, I was having chat with my clients using the live chat integration to my website.

But then suddenly why I login my account, I faced this no account error, I don't why,

Can someone help me recover my account. My ID is 9138697Screenshot_30.jpg

Try this URL: https://app.hubspot.com/home?portalId=000000

 

Replace the 0's with your account ID.  If you accidently unlinked yourself from your account and no one else has access you may need to contact Hubspot directly as no one here would be able to help with that. https://www.hubspot.com/company/contact

Hi. I'm having the same problem and can't access a form or reach someone to ask for help. I stopped receiveng emails in last december and I just tried to acces my account. 

 

My Hub ID is 4091029.

 

When I checked previous form sent to my email, and try to access my account I see this:

 

You don't have access to this account.
Looks like you’re not a user on this account. Try signing into HubSpot again by clicking on this link.

 

I don't understand what happened since I OWN that account.
