Hi. I'm having the same problem and can't access a form or reach someone to ask for help. I stopped receiveng emails in last december and I just tried to acces my account.
My Hub ID is 4091029.
When I checked previous form sent to my email, and try to access my account I see this:
You don't have access to this account.
Looks like you’re not a user on this account. Try signing into HubSpot again by clicking onthis link.
I don't understand what happened since I OWN that account.
