Account suspension issue after uploading exiting user file.

Hi Team,

Hubspot team is suspended my account when I'm uploading my CSV file for user. They are saying "I am not respecting the rules".

Can you please give me the soultion?

Here's what you can do if your account gets suspended:

 


If your access to any tools gets suspended, you'll see a banner alert message in your account for the impacted tool with details about the suspension. If the suspension can be appealed, you can click the button in the message to provide more information about your business and how you're using this tool in your account.

In other words, if there is an option to appeal the suspension, please follow the steps. If not, there isn't anything that you can do, unfortunately.
