My account was deleted and I can't find my HubID. I was well aware of the required yearly log-in, however, I suppose I wasn't aware that logging in through the app on a mobile device wouldn't register as a required "log-in" on the account. Could someone please advice the best route moving forward for me.

You should find your portal ID at the end of previous email notifications you received from HubSpot. Can you search your inbox for old notifications?
Once you have that, you can submit the form at the end of this article to request the recovery of your account: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account/recover-your-inactive-hubspot-account
