We had an account with HubSpot
The problem is that we didn't have access to the email, and we only now saw that it would be deactivated.
That's why we're getting in touch, because we want to keep our account and the data it contained there, which is very important.
The person with the account's email is no longer part of the staff, and when sending an email to her there is an automatic response that all emails sent to her are redirected to another email and we receive nothing.
We did not receive this information that it would be deactivated. We truly want to keep our account with you, but to do so we need access to our database of the account we had. We need all customer data. We are willing to pay for this data. But there's no point in creating a new account if we don't have the information contained in our account.
Please help me with this, it would be very helpful
