Account deactivated

Hi there,

 

We have only just found the email saying that after 120 days of inactivity, our free hubspot crm would be deleted (it went to our junk mail). Is there anyway that we could re-activate it, or because it's a few days after the designated time, the information in that account is gone forever? Thanks!

Hi @lo1,

 

What is the portal ID of the portal you are wondering about? I only see one portal associated with your email address, which is currently active. 

 

As long as you log in and take action in the portal it will remain active.

i also didnt see that email in spam.  i have been on another project and came back to check in and its all gone

 

can we get the he data back?

Hello, 

 

I have the same issue with being on another project, returing to Hubspot to resart, and finding all data deleted due to inactivity, without recieving an email warning this!

 

Please let me know if the account data, pipelines stages, contacts, all, can be recovered?  

 

I think the portal ID is 6342070 - I have recreated my account to post this message and unsure whether the portal ID will have changed due to this.
