Account cancellation but with activity carried out two days earlier

Good morning, help. They deleted my account for inactivity, but I worked with that account two days before, the week before, that 210 days of inactivity, but why? I lost almost 1000 contacts

Very strange – luckily, you can request the recovery of your account by submitting the form at the end of this page: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-management/recover-your-inactive-hubspot-account

Yes even I don't understand the problem, I had given a tutorial to some agents, two - three days before this e-mail. I had scheduled an email 7 days before. It is not 210 days of inactivity. But is it possible, that having 7 agents in the database, it only takes one account that is inactive for hubspot to delete? Thank you for everything.
