Account and data has been deleted with no prior notification

Hello HubSpot Community,

Me and my team recently encountered a major issue: our HubSpot CRM account has been deleted without any prior notice. We had three administrators, and none of us initiated this deletion.

Now while logging in, it directs us to the create new account page...

This account is crucial for our operations, and we are urgently seeking assistance to recover it or understand what happened.

Has anyone else faced a similar situation? Any insights or advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Yes we were using the free CRM plan, I have submitted the form regarding the recovery, I appreciate the reply!

By the way, when can i expect a response from the form we have submitted?

@FAhamed users who ask in the community typically never report back how long it took, I cannot say, but I would expect one or two business days.

Were you using the free CRM? If so you can request the recovery of your account by submitting the form at the end of this page: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-management/recover-your-inactive-hubspot-account
