I missed emails about our account being deactivated and if possible would like to get it reactivated. Its a free account for now so understand this may not be possible.
Thanks for persisting with the help. It appears the form had submitted all along and I'd submitted the request several times. A hubspot employee reached out to tell me via email that the account has been reactivated.
The odd thing is the form itself does not give any indication that it has successfully submitted and I received no confirmation emails from Hubspot about account reactivation so you can see why I was confused.
Hi, tried chrome and edge and neither appear to work although I guess they're technically the same (chromium based) browsers? The page just refeshes with no indication as to whether the post has been submitted?
