My profile was deleted a few days ago due to inactivity in the past 30 days. I do have some HS Academy bootcamps starting tomorrow and would like to know if my account can please be restored along with my certifications. I believe the account deletion was on September 23rd, 2025.
@KYA_CAR this is a user-to-user community, I can't investigate this further – I'd recommend resubmitting the form and double checking all of the information you put in. If you enter your portal ID correctly, I would hope they're able to retrieve it.

I did submit a request through the form ealier today and was notified by Eroxi Rodriguez from HubSpot Help that no account was found although you can see that I did have an account in the screenshot below. Is there any other approach I can take to resolve this?
