Account Deactiviation Notice: Your profile will be deactivated in 7 days

I received on November 3rd an email from HubSpot telling me that profile will be deactivated in 7 days in case I don't login again in my HubSpot account before November 10th.
I logged in on November 4th but my website had dissapeared.
I have been chatting with HubSpot and Barbara (from HubSpot Sales) confrmed me that my website (called IT RADICAL) is still visible to her so I think that HubSpot is able to reactivate it.

As my website has not yet been deleted and it is still there, please help me to recover it.
It is for my personal usage, but I invested a lot of time to build it, so it would be a gret loss to me.

I already opened a ticket to HubSpot (16028768931) but Kiara Whelan (from HubSpot) has told me a few minutes ago that "this hub has been removed from HubSpot and can no longer be restored".
It is contradictory with the information I have received from Barbara and Aristide (both fron HubSpot Sales CHAT), as they have confirmed me that my website (called IT RADICAL) is still visible to them so I think that HubSpot is still able to reactivate it.
Aristide suggested me to open this post to get the requested help to reactivate my website.
So, please, reactivate it before it is too late.
I have already requested the "IT RADICAL" website reactivation by CHAT, TICKET and POST, so I don't know what else I can do to avoid throwing to the bin the big amount of hours I dedicated to build that site... Please, help me.
