If your portal has been deactivated due to an extended period of inactivity and you are looking to have it reactivated, please read the following: 

1. Your Academy certifications are associated with your email address not your portal and will travel between portals. If you are just looking to retrieve your active certifications, you do not need your portal restored. You can create another free portal here.

2. Requesting your portal restoration is not a guarantee it can be restored. For more information on this, please see this resource.

3. If you still believe your portal needs to be restored after reading this, you can share your details directly through the form at the bottom of this article.

Only reactivation requests through the form will be processed.
