Accidentally deleted our free account prior to purchasing
Hi there,
We have worked the last few weeks on inputting all of our leads/tasks as part of trialling this product and replacing an older system.
I was about to purchase a plan today and add all of our users, but when I added my own account to the system to do that, I found that I had made one a few years back for another project but never used it.
I did not want to confuse the two accounts so I went to delete this old account and I must have clicked the invite link first or something, because now the older unused/empty account is the only one we can find active. I am really worried that all of our data is gone.
Can you guys please let me know if you can restore it? Account ID - 21410989
I understand you've not yet purchased a plan, correct? This means Community is where you'd get support for now - would you mind submitting the form at the end of this article?
Someone will be in touch. If you just cancelled it, we should be able to recover it!

Thanks Martin, however I just see "ask the community" and a chat bot that doesn't do anything or even allow me to submit a question. How else can I get Hubspot support to assist with this so we can get up and running?
