I am a tech working with a client who needed a website for their brand new photography startup. I specifically chose this platform for them because I know how wonderful it is, having used it myself in the past! Within a few days of making an account which I am writing from their account, we received an identity verification issue message to our emails. We were in process of buying a custom domain to attach the website to once we were finished with the website. He is starting brand new with a photography business.
In investigating this issue with support here and with him, I found out that my client's IP address is showing unidentified. We are still trying to figure out why that is. There is no viruses, evidence of hacking, or adware on their computer so we are unsure what is going on but trying to resolve it. This issue we suspect is what sent this account to the trust and safety department to be reviewed. However, there is no safety issues with their computer. We thoroughly checked it. I cannot continue building my client's website in collaboration with them because of the features that are now suspended like uploading images into the website.
I was directed here for assistance and I hope we can get his account back in order so we don't have to leave this platform and find somewhere else to go. I will be awaiting a reply. Thank you!
The forums are user to user here with limited interaction from the Hubspot team. If this was a free account, those are typically suspended for good without the ability to appeal. If this was a paid account, you can typically reach out to support or your account rep to see if it can be appealed. I see your post tagged as both free and starter which is why I mention this.
