Ability to view other calendars when scheduling meetings (via record page, not scheduling page)

Hey there,

Using O365 if that helps.

We've connected our calendars but I'm hoping to book group meetings (internal partipants may vary) from the deal/ticket page so it logs against that record rather than going via Outlook and having to manually associcate it after.

Is it possible to see the other person's calendar while I'm booking and how? Ideally, we'd avoid having to search outlook calendar for a convenient time before booking it.

Thanks!

Hi @ghitesh11, I hope that you are keeping well!

Great question, thanks for asking!

I found for you the solution from @Josh on this similar post "View Team members calendar" that might help you.

If anybody else has anything to add and/or share, please feel free to join in the conversation 🙂

Thank you and have a lovely day!

Best,
Bérangère

Hey Bérangère,

Thanks for getting back!

I did see that post earlier, so that's to create a scheduling page for clients to book in with us rather than us logging it.

I was hoping to be able to see my colleague's calendar when booking it in myself from the record page (screenshot below) rather than switching to outlook to confirm availability.

So this calendar view below would have my colleague's events visible too so I don't create a conflicting meeting.

Hope that makes sense but let me know if not and I could have another go at explaining.
