Ability to view other calendars when scheduling meetings (via record page, not scheduling page)
SOLVE
Hey there,
Using O365 if that helps.
We've connected our calendars but I'm hoping to book group meetings (internal partipants may vary) from the deal/ticket page so it logs against that record rather than going via Outlook and having to manually associcate it after.
Is it possible to see the other person's calendar while I'm booking and how? Ideally, we'd avoid having to search outlook calendar for a convenient time before booking it.
So, currently, HubSpot's Meetings scheduling tool only displays your own calendar events, even when booking from a CRM record.
There's not yet native support within HubSpot to view a colleague's full calendar (such as busy/free times or specific events) directly in the scheduling window when you’re creating a meeting on their behalf .
If you have the appropriate permissions, you can book a meeting for a colleague from a Contact, Company, or Deal record. However, the calendar view for scheduling shows only your connected calendar, not your colleague’s. It cannot show another user's Outlook or Google calendar availability inside HubSpot.
At the moment, to confirm whether your colleague is free and avoid double-booking, you’ll need to check their calendar externally (e.g., in Outlook or Google Calendar) before scheduling via HubSpot.

I know this is an older post, but is there a fix for this? Currently having this issue too! The group scheduler does not associate it to records when internal users only are attending, nor can I pick and choose which attendees are invited - however, creating the meeting from the deal/company page does not allow to view all internal users' calendars.

Hey Bérangère,
Thanks for getting back!
I did see that post earlier, so that's to create a scheduling page for clients to book in with us rather than us logging it.
I was hoping to be able to see my colleague's calendar when booking it in myself from the record page (screenshot below) rather than switching to outlook to confirm availability.
So this calendar view below would have my colleague's events visible too so I don't create a conflicting meeting.
Hope that makes sense but let me know if not and I could have another go at explaining.
