550 Bounce emails from Personal E-mail one to ones

Morning
We are paying for a hubspot package. A number of the team members have reported that they cannot send emails to alot of personal contacts. It seems to be happening more and more over the past month
They seem to bounce. I am aware what a 550 error is but this should not be happening.
I need to resolve this ASAP. Can anyone point me in the right direction. UK based company.
Here are some exmaples of errors
"The response from the remote server was: 550 permanent failure for one or more recipients (another@email.uk:blocked)"
"The response from the remote server was: 550 101010101010 is not allowed to send mail from thelowdown.com. Please see the SPF record, with scope mfrom, identity email@address, and ip 11111111111"
Also, your salespeople really should have their personal emails connected to HubSpot so their one-to-one emails are sent using their regular email provider. Here is the help article on how to do that. Ultimately this will give you the best overall deliverability rates.
