Passed inbound certification but the certificate hasn't been loaded

Cannot Access Digital Marketing Certificate
I've just passed the Digital Marketing course exam and the certificate won't load, has been stuck on " Hang tight while your certificate loads" for the past hour. Please send me PDF and PNG copies to my email.

SEO certificate won't load
I've passed the SEO certification but the certificate won't load and isn't appearing in my profile. I've logged out and back in, and cleared the cache in my browser but it's still not loading. Any help?

Unable to renew dates on digital marketing certification
My digital marketing course certificate is about to expire in july. So i went through the course again and retook the exam, but the certificate still shows it expires in july 2025. Please help, thank you.

Certificate Not Loading
