Re-activating my account and certificate

Hi!

My account has previously been de-activated due to inactivity. I still have the email from last year about accomplishing my certification.

When I tried to log in, Hubspot Academy said I had no account, so I had to create it anew, and it no longer has my certificate.

Is there a way to restore that certificate?

Please help! Thanks 🙂

I was able to have your portal restored so you can access your portal again now.

Hi @AnnaKol,

 

Your certification should be associated with your email address, not a specific portal. If you create a new account with your email address, you should see the certificate. 

 

Alternatively, if you would like your portal restored, can you please share your portal ID with me?

Hi  @jennysowyrda, thanks for replying.

 

Well, I did create a new account with the same email address (otherwise I wouldn't be able to write this message) and I don't see the certificate anywhere. This says no course is completed: http://prntscr.com/lt9iso
Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place? 

I still have the email that says I did pass the exam (http://prntscr.com/lt9jnq)
The account that had the certificate was this:

Hub ID: 4142572; Account: lun.ua, email annyway47@gmail.com

 

Can you please help?
