Problem issuing Certification

I've ended this course last friday and the certification never appeared. And today it says it has expired already.

Below more info:

1. The email address you completed the certification with Luisasregadas@gmail.com

2. The name of the certification Software de HubSpot Sales

3. The browsers you have tried loading the content in (name and version) Google Chrome Versión 78.0.3904.97 (Build oficial) (64 bits)

5. Screenshot of the track tab of your learning center (after searching for your specific certification)

Hi @luisasregadas ,

 

Thanks for providing all the details. It looks like you have yet to complete the "Create a task" exercise. 

 

If you can go through that exercise and complete it (even if you have already done it) the system should pick that up and then award you your certification as you have completed the other requirements. 

 

If after you have completed it and waited a couple of hours you still don't have your badge, feel free to respond to me here and I can help!

Everything is complete in this course. Look:

The problem is it says the certification is already expired. What can I do now to get my certification?
