Missing certification

Completed Inbound course, passed exam & rec'd email. Cannot get certification. Requested info inline below. 

 

1. The email address you completed the certification with: martianname@gmail.com

2. The name of the certification: Inbound

3. The browsers you have tried loading the content in (name and version) Chrome Version 75.0.3770.100 (Official Build) (64-bit), Tracks tab.JPGHubspot Inbound Exam.JPGinbound certification.JPG Microsoft Edge 42.17134.1.0

Missing certification

Are you still experiencing this issue? Do you mind confirming the issue persists across multiple browsers?

 

I am seeing the certification on my end, so I will send it to you directly in the meantime.

Missing certification

Even I have the same issue with Hubspot Marketing software certification. I received Breakdown but not certification.

 

Any suggestions on what to do?
