Lost my certification work

Earlier today I tried to sign into my account but HubSpot didn't recognise my email address. I then messaged HubSpot and then on Twitter to get some help, they said they couldn't find my email either. So, I resigned up and received an email from HubSpot saying that I signed up on 6th July and now I have signed in and have lost all the certification work I have done. How can I get it back?
