Thanks for reaching out! I would be happy to dig into this a bit more for you but I just need a bit more information. What exercise are you currently working on? In looking up your email address it looks like there is one exercise left that needs to be completed; smart text, before this certication is completed.

That's correct, the smart text which does not open in a new landing page.

It seems that the issue actually has to do with your subscription level. Currently you are working with a free account but this exercise does require a marketing pro, enterprise or the CMS in order for it to be successfully completed.
