Inbound certification hasn't been linked to Upwork.

Hello guys. Hope somebody can help.

I finished an Inbound certification a few weeks ago and clicked on the option to add it to upwork. It said there that it would take 5 business days to be approved but it isn't showing on my Upwork profile. I asked Upwork and they said Hubspot hadn't send the certification information and to contact them. Anybody had this same issue? Where can I contact the people from Hubspot? The name on my certificate only has 1 of my names and last name and my upwork profile has my full name. Might this have something to do with it even though the email I use for both Upwork and Hubspot is the same?

Hi @esamuel0808,

 

Is it still showing that you have completed the certification within HubSpot? 

 

Can you send along screenshots of what you are seeing? Additionally, if the email address you completed the certification with is different than that associated with your Community user, can you please provide your email address as well?
