Inbound certification/certificate

I recently completed Inbound certificate. I receive the document but not assigned to my name but my email. How do I get one assigned to my name?

Additionally, I am not able to access my certificates and manage them.

Got this one sorted out myself. Took a while. Perhaps, HubSpot should take a closer look at the usability and user experience.
