Inbound Certification Issue

Certification is complete but I can't find the certificate where it was supposed to be. 

Name of the certification: Inbound

Browsers I have tried loading the content in (name and version)

Chrome: Version 75.0.3770.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Safari: Version 12.1.1 (14607.2.6.1.1)

Our team is currently investigating an issue related to certification links not appearing. This should be resolved soon, but in the meantime I will direct message you a link to access your certificate.
