Did the Practicum and Multiple Choice Exam but did not get certified

Hey there Academy team.

So I did my Hubspot Practicum exam for the Hubspot Certification back in early October last year and passed. I attempted the 90 question test but failed with 72%.

I tried it again yesterday and passed with 81% however I got a message saying I need to submit my Practicum again.

I still have the email in my inbox where it says I passed the Practicum.

Can anyone help me? I would love to get my certification.

Hi @fabioadias, I checked in with the Certifications team who confirmed that you had passed your practicum in October. They should have approved your certification now, so you should be all set! Let me know if you run into any difficulties. -May
