Course Progress gone

Hi,

Do the hubspot lessons/course progress get reset after a certain amount of time? 

I was about 40% through the course during 2019 but now its wiped all my progress.

It was for both inbound certification and content marketing

I thought I had lost some course info, but it turned out I had used two different emails to log in over the years. One for my personal free account, the other for employer. It was easy to push them all to one email login.

Thank you for reaching out! When viewing eaach track in the learning center, are you seeing any of the circles associated with the videos and tasks colored in with an orange checkmark? Can you please provide screenshots of what you do see?
