Change email associated with my account

Hi,  what is the process to follow in order to change the email associated with my hubspot account?

the current email I'm using is venzor.dla@gmail.com and the one I will use for now on is alejandra.venzor@tdm.com.mx

i've already submited the request on the portal but haven't received any news...

I completed the Inbound certification

I'd like the primary email on my account to be changed from david@econopia.org to david@gozero.org. Can you help?

Are you referring to the email address associated with your portal or with your academy certifications? 

 

If you are looking to change the email associated with your certifications, you can do so using this tool
