Certification is about to expire, when to retake the exam?

Hi,

Quick question, hope you guys can help me out.

So I have completed various certifications the past year(s) and some are about to expire.

What's the best way to handle this? Can/should I retake the exam before it expires? And when I pass the exam the certification wil be valid for another year?

Or should I wait for it to expire and then retake the exam?

Thank you for this answer and for the link! Is there a more updated chart? I just completed the Inbound Marketing certification, which was recently updated for 2022, and its validity period is now 13 months.

You could retake the exam before the certification expires. Once you retake the exam, the certification will be valid again. You can find here more information about the Validity period of HubSpot Certifications.
