Certification completion

Hello

I took the Hubpsot marketing software certification and passed the exam.

However I have received an info as I can not finish the twitter stream practical exercise.

My account settings does not allow me to take that exercise. I do not have the social media tab.

How can I get certified, is that possible?

Does your subscription have access to Social tools? To pass the practical exercises and become certified you will need Marketing Hub Pro or above. 

If you do not have permissions you can request them from your Account Admin to be able to complete the practical exercise.

No I have Marting Entreprise and reporting. Only some selected people in the company have the Hubspot pro.

The company does nto want everyone in the group to have access to social media.

From your email below I assume there is nothing you can do and I have to solve that internally. If they don't want to grant me access, it means that I will not be abel to be certified. Correct?

I would advise then that this is clearly sated when taking the course. This would avoid some dispointing experience
