I have passed my Inbound Certification course with 83%. Despite completing the course, my certification is halted. The course now shows 97% completion.

This was a known issue that HubSpot was experiencing at the time when you posted. The issue should now be resolved and your portal should reflect the accurate information about your exams. If you are still experiencing this issue please let me know.
