Cannot get course completed for my coworkers

There's one exercise that we finish and it doesn't change the status, and it won't let us get the certification for the Sales certification.

 

How do we finish it?

I also have this problem. I have tried everything, and it seems that there are no specific tutorials on the internet yet.
