Can't resume exam

I'm learning the inbound certification course and when I finish the exam, the screen shows I have 0 questions left but when I push resume exam, nothing happens. It doesn't show anything.

Hey @Lexie27meng,

Are you still experiencing this issue? Did you finish the exam and then this occured? 

If you can send along screenshots of what you are seeing and confirm the email address you are taking the exam with that would be great! 

Additionally, if you would like to retake the exam, you can transfer the email address it is associated with afterwards by following these steps.

Hi Jenny,

Yes, I finished but the time is still runnning! Actually, I prefer not to retake it. It would be great if it can be fixed ASAP as I just took the exam and there are 50 mins left. Please see the screenshot for reference. Thanks!

I'm seeing you as having passed the exam now. Congratulations!

If you aren't able to see your exam on your end (by clicking into your learning center, and then viewing under the 'tracks' tab, search for 'inbound', view certification) please let me know.

Please i need help. I am unable to take exam. when i click on the take exam button, I immdiately recieve a message that i score 0/60. Attched is the screenshop

Are you still experiencing this issue? Can you confirm this issue is happening across multiple browsers, in an incognito window and after clearing your cache? 

If so, can you please share the name of the certification you are trying to complete, as well as the email address you are logged in with?

I have try another browser, same thing.

I am taking Inbound Marketing Certificate & Inbound Certificate exams respectively. i got same error on both

Can you please take a video of what you are experiencing, as well as collect a har file. 

Once I have those pieces of information, I am going to partner with the Academy team to resolve this matter.

1. the email address associated with the exam

2. the name of the exam you are taking

3. a screenshot of what you are seeing

4. confirm the issue occurs across multiple browsers/through an incognito window
