Can I get my certification if I have free Hubspot?

I cannot do the test "Create a Blog Post" because I have a free account in Hubspot. Can I Get my certification if I do all the modules but no these tests?

Thank you for reaching out! To complete the Marketing Software certification you must have a paid pro or Enterprise account. This certification cannot be completed in a free account because it does require some tools as mentioned above that are only available in our paid subscriptions.
