Student log-in error
My new class of digital marketing students has been added as individual users to my team (i.e., so I can monitor their progress on the Inbound Marketing certificate). However, one of my students shared a screenshot today with me that says he can't access the HubSpot portal. Specifically, the error message (see below) says he is not authorized to log into the portal right now. He is using the same e-mail I used when I added him to my class team. Any ideas about what might be preventing him for accessing the portal?
