Progress of my course Marheting is deleted

why has the progress of my inbound marketing course been canceled before taking the exam?

is not there 'a chat or a support to ask how to recover?

Hey @vzinga,

Thanks for reaching out. The progress is based on email address. If you have changed email addresses or portals that progress will not carry over. 

The progress just acts as a placeholder and doesn't prevent you from finishing the course and achieving your certification.
