No email received after passing Inbound. Says I haven't even passed

I passed my exam with 85% and not received any notification and certificate for that.

 

In the learning centre it says "100%" on Inbound, but when i change status to show Passed, it doesn't appear.

 

What should I do?

Are you still experiencing issues regarding receiving the email for your certification? 

 

If so, can you send along screenshots of what is showing up in your portal under the certifications area?
