Email Certification expiration date didn't update

I passed the HubSpot Email Certification 2 years ago and it was set it expire on 7/1/2018. I re-took the test today (5/15/2018) and passed, but the expiration date hasn't updated. Since I'm within the 60 days, shouldn't it have updated automatically? Thanks!

@roisinkirby I know this is an old discussion, but thought it was better to ask here than create a new one, hope that's ok!

I just retook the Sales Enablement certification, it shows my updated test results and today's date, but when I click the certificate, it shows the old expiration date.
