Cannot get certified

I recently completed the Inbound Marketing Certificate with a passing grade, yet it directed me to re-visit the tracks to refresh on what I missed - so I did. However, I did not see the 'Practical Exercise' that the webpage from my email showed. I was wondering since I did review the tracks, where can I find my certification?

If you navigate to learning center>tracks>search for Inbound Marketing are you able to see your certification available for download there? 

If not, can you send along a screenshot of what you are seeing?
