How can I 100% test that the legacy API keys are no longer in use prior to Nov 30th when they will stop working?
I 95% believe I have migrated all my code functions to using private apps instead, however since finishing that migration the "we detect an active api" warning message still remains. Is there a report or a checking tool somewhere that tells you a time and / or IP address your API key was last used?
There is a recurring refresh of where the banner will appear. If your call logs are clear, I'd expect the banner to be fully removed with the next refresh.
If your portal has a paid subscription, you can also email your CSM and ask for assistance in getting the banner removed before the next refresh.
I 100% understand why this is confusing, especially after you've done the required work. I'll pass this thread along as feedback on my end.

Thank you! I can dismiss the banner and it has stayed away... but the warning pop up contines to come up in the android app on the conversations/inbox page each time after that. Thanks for your help.
