trying to get 400 all companies using a batch script but cannot get more than 100

i am trying to get all 400 companies using a shell script but cannot get more than 100; offset parameter does not appear to work, 

what. is the correct api to use?  or how can i achieve this, i am piping the output to a companies.json file
