transactional-email scope not supported.

When i use transactional-email scope, Oauth Api gives the error. 

Couldn’t complete the connection
This hub doesn't have access to some HubSpot features that are required by this integration. Please contact the integrator.  

Please Help,  which type of account is required to access the transactional email.

Transactional emails is an add-on.  You will need to contact your Customer Success Manager.
