I have been tying to connect my facebook page messanger with hubspot. I keep getting error "this facebook page is already connected to an inbox"

I have checked all my business email and personal email and have no other hubspot account.

I tried chat support but they were not able to help me. 
What should I do? I need the facebook messanger to work with hubspot.

Thank you for your patience.

 

The Facebook Page ending in 7775 was still connected to a HubSpot account ending in 4815. You were not a user in this account but it is associated with your organization so we have removed the connection.

 

You should now be able to connect Facebook Messenger to account 6955347. Please let me know if you have any issues.

In order to help you further, could you please provide the Hub ID depicted and the information I asked of the original poster?

What is the ID of the Facebook Page? If you are unsure where to find this ID, see this Facebook article.


Once I have the ID, I will be able to locate where the connection lies. From there, I may be able to clear it for you.

No I dont have any support ticket the Chat agent never gave me one.

We do everything what we can like reinstall, reconnect with Facebook etc. But did not get solution. When I chat with customer support team they told me your Facebook page is already connected with other HubSpot account. But, that account I already deleted then why so that integration is continued. Here I made new account with this email (juned_patel@pipsforex.com) address and HubSpot ID is : 20085843 also Facebook page ID @PIPSFOREX78. Hope you will give your best solution and we connect with HubSpot.

Have you already resolved the issue?

Let me get this straight. I am the main admin of Facebook page "Best Electronics". I would like to connect this page to my Hubspot. Unfortunately, connect button of "Best Electronics" is inactive, and when pressing it says that "Best Electronics" is already connected to an inbox. But, I didn't connect it. I am the main admin of this page, and so I would like to know who connected it.өөөө.PNG
