secondly limit

SOLVE

Hello,

 

We received errors that we "reached our secondly limit".

We are aware of hubspot rate limits listed here:
https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/usage-details#rate-limits

We've tried our best to make sure we do not exceed more than 100 calls every 10 seconds (hence 10 calls/second)
Our logs show that we are not exceeding this on our end.

 

Is there a tech support person; we can privately confirm what we are seeing with them ?

Your best bet would be to contact support.

You probably already know this, but you should be getting your secondly limit returned in a header:X-HubSpot-RateLimit-Secondly-Remaining

I contacted support and I was told "they are not tech support".

The customer rep told me to hit these boards for help.

Am I in the wrong area ?
